The sheathing installed under the west gable.

The south wall. No windows on this wall. That's 36 ft from the front to the rear.

The front wall is ready for the overhang door which will be going in soon.

The north and west walls are wrapped to help keep the garage a little warmer.

Soffits are finally framed up and ready for the fascia and panels.

I should be putting the siding on by Sunday.

Check out the nail pattern necessary to satisfy the code as this is a shear wall due to the large opening for the overhang door.

We got the wrap on three sides....holding off on the forth side for the inspector to look at the nail pattern tomorrow on the shear walls.

Next step is to install the fascia and the soffits then we can start installing the vinyl siding.

I have to install 5/8" Jepson board as a fire wall on this side because the overhang is less then 5 feet from the property line.

This sheetrock is really heavy. I could on handle a 2'x4' section at a time. I climbed the ladder with the sheet and put it up and held it with the top of my head while screwing in in place.
